Terms of Use

BNBot is operated by Frenzy Labs LLC ("BNBot", "we", or "us").

These terms apply to your use of the BNBot Chrome extension and the connected BNBot services accessed through it. They are BNBot's terms, not Google's terms for Chrome. Questions: support@bnbot.ai.

1. Using the extension

BNBot provides a Side Panel for webpage assistance and browser tasks, translation and media tools, and a New Tab workspace. Available features depend on your account, permissions, plan, selected model, and supported websites. You may stop using or uninstall the extension at any time.

You must be legally able to use the service and comply with the rules that apply to you. The extension is not intended for children under 13. Use only accounts, website sessions, content, and devices you are authorized to use. Keep your sign-in information secure and contact support about suspected unauthorized access.

2. Your instructions and browser actions

You control which tasks you request, which page access you allow, and which automatic features you enable. Review the content, destination, and intended action before submitting or approving a task. Some tools prepare drafts; others carry out the action described in the interface. An explicitly requested like, for example, can execute immediately. Do not assume every browser action has a separate confirmation step.

Automatic cloud processing has category-specific choices in Settings. An enabled schedule can run while the Side Panel is closed after the required automatic-processing choice has been allowed. You can pause plans and revoke the corresponding choice. Revoking a choice does not undo completed actions or recall information already sent. You remain responsible for following the rules of the websites on which you act.

3. Content and AI results

You retain the rights you already have in content you supply. You authorize the processing and transmission needed to carry out your requested or enabled features, as described in the Privacy Policy. Supply content and media only when you have the necessary rights or permission. Other people's content and third-party services remain subject to their own rights and terms.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or similar to output provided to others. Review it before relying on, publishing, or submitting it. BNBot does not guarantee a particular audience, growth result, income, platform acceptance, or accuracy of an answer. Research or generated content is not a substitute for professional advice where that is needed.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the extension to access accounts or information without authorization, steal credentials, evade security controls, distribute malware, deceive or impersonate others, infringe rights, or carry out unlawful activity. Do not use it to send abusive or unsolicited bulk messages or to bypass another platform's restrictions. Do not disrupt BNBot's services or interfere with other users.

BNBot may restrict access needed to address abuse, security incidents, unlawful use, or violations of these terms. Mandatory rights provided by applicable law are not excluded by these terms.

5. Payments, subscriptions, and credits

Prices and purchases

BNBot offers free features, recurring subscriptions, and separate credit purchases or campaign payments where shown. Before confirming a purchase, review the currency, total charge, taxes if applicable, billing interval, included credit allowance, and any offer conditions displayed for that purchase. A monthly equivalent shown for a yearly plan is not a promise of monthly billing: the checkout total and billing interval specify the charge you authorize. Eligible promotion codes are applied through checkout under their stated conditions. Installing the extension, signing in, or viewing an upgrade page does not itself authorize payment.

Stripe processes supported payments through its hosted checkout or billing pages. Payment and entitlement updates can take time to appear in BNBot. Keep your receipt and contact support if a confirmed payment is missing from your account rather than paying repeatedly for the same purchase.

Subscription renewal, changes, and cancellation

A recurring subscription renews at the interval and price disclosed when you subscribe, unless canceled or changed through the applicable billing process. Before confirming a plan change, review the effective date, any prorated charge or credit, and the new renewal amount shown by Stripe. Cancel renewal through an available account billing-management link or contact support@bnbot.ai from your account email. Check the resulting confirmation for the cancellation date and any remaining paid access. Signing out, removing the extension, stopping an automation, or deleting local data does not cancel a subscription.

Cancellation of renewal does not by itself issue a refund of earlier payments. If payment fails, paid access or further usage may be restricted until billing is resolved. A confirmed plan change or cancellation and a refund request are separate actions; none of these terms remove cancellation or other rights that applicable law requires.

Credits and usage

Credits are units for using BNBot services, not money held for you, an investment, or a promise of income. Credit consumption varies by the selected model, feature, content size, and work performed; a balance does not guarantee a fixed number of answers, images, or videos. Separate credit top-ups are one-time purchases and do not by themselves create or renew a subscription. Having credits does not grant access to features that separately require a paid subscription.

Credit top-ups and subscription grants add the applicable allowance to your account balance, and usage is deducted from that balance. The allowance, grant timing, and any validity conditions must be stated for the plan or offer you buy. These terms do not introduce a new expiry date, periodic reset, carry-forward entitlement, or cancellation penalty for existing credit purchases. A remaining balance does not by itself trigger a cash payout or payment refund. If an advertised allowance or a charge differs from your account record, contact support for reconciliation. This does not limit refunds or other remedies required by law.

Billing problems and refunds

For a duplicate or incorrect charge, missing paid credits, or a paid service that was not delivered as described, contact support@bnbot.ai with your account email, receipt or transaction reference, and a description of the problem. Do not send a full card number, password, or verification code. We review the transaction and service or credits actually supplied, correct verified billing errors, and determine an appropriate remedy, which may include restoring credits or a refund. Other refund requests are reviewed according to the purchase conditions and applicable law; cancellation or an unused balance alone does not trigger an automatic refund.

Approved payment refunds are normally returned through the original payment method. Processing and arrival depend on the payment provider and bank; we do not promise an immediate refund or a fixed arrival deadline. A reversal can remove the original charge instead of appearing as a separate credit. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies take precedence over any inconsistent purchase condition.

Campaign payments and rewards

Boost or other campaign funding is separate from subscription fees and AI credits. Before funding, review the exact campaign, budget, duration, and participation or settlement conditions shown for it. Estimated reach, a submitted post link, or a displayed total reward pool is not a guarantee of impressions, a verified result, or a reward already paid to a participant. Eligibility, verification, and settlement follow that campaign's disclosed rules and actual recorded status. Contact support about an unstarted, failed, or disputed campaign payment; these terms do not promise an automatic return of all remaining campaign funds or a guaranteed campaign result.

6. Availability and third parties

Websites, model providers, captions, and cloud services can change or become unavailable. Features can fail or require your intervention. Keep your own copies of content you need; do not rely on the extension as your only storage or as a guarantee that an action was completed. Check the task result and the destination website.

BNBot is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google Chrome, social platforms, or AI model providers merely because it works with their services. Your use of those services is also governed by their applicable terms.

7. Privacy, stopping use, and updates

The Privacy Policy explains the extension's data handling, automatic-processing controls, service providers, storage, and deletion limitations. Signing out, disabling a feature, and uninstalling are different from requesting deletion of cloud records.

You can stop using the extension at any time. Contact support for account or data requests. Updated extension terms will be published here with an updated effective date. No provision in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
